More than a hundred years ago, artist and professor Helena Johnová founded a ceramics and porcelain studio at today's Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. Her public and pedagogical activities significantly reflect today's view of applied and fine art. The master thesis deals with the legacy that this artist left to all past and future students of art. The aim of the work is to create a monument dedicated to this important pottery and to place it in her hometown of Soběslav. Ceramic sculpture reflects a personal view of the topic of contemporary realization in public space.
